Baking 101
One of the reasons why I love the holidays.
Special thanks to Vanessa for baking ![]()
Mike and Charlene – Wedding Highlights
Had a great time shooting this one.
Breakfast of Champions

I know I’m on a strict diet, but Vanessa made me an amazing breakfast on Sunday. Eggs, bacon, tempeh (soy bacon), hash browns, and blueberry pancakes. How could I possibly turn that down? This breakfast will be my cheat day for the week. Everything tasted really good with the exception of the pancakes and tempeh. Both were a tad bit burned but still tasted good (it’s okay, Vanessa
). I haven’t had hash browns in a long time so they were really enjoyable. After this, I’ll try my best not to have anymore cheat days. Just wait and see.
Thanks again, Vanessa. ![]()
December 3rd, 2012 Weigh-In

So I’ve been trying to eat healthy lately, and hopefully with some exercise it will pay off. I’ve been gaining a lot of muscle throughout November. Now I’m trying to add in some cardio and watch my diet so that my pythons will be more visible. That and I’d like to go from flabs to abs. So here’s the plan 1) Good diet. 2) Maintain strength training. 3) Add cardio. Hopefully it will work. I’ll post my progress regardless of whether it works or not. Wish me luck.
Sunday Bowling – Week 3. Some Random Person’s Birthday.
So Sunday Bowling happened to run on Seven’s birthday. It was the perfect opportunity for us to celebrate and make him the opposite of sober. We were buying him several shots throughout the night. It didn’t help that they were only $3. By the end, let’s just say he was doing the reverse version of eating. Happy Birthday to my good friend/brother Seven. Many more to come.
Holy Chuck. My Last Fatty Meal For A While.
Holy Chuck has a burger that substitutes the buns with grilled cheese sandwiches (“The Cowlerie”). The addition of bacon to that burger was enough to make my mouth water for some good eating. Vanessa and I went to indulge in some delicious burgers along with some other artery clogging items on their menu. For dessert we got a deep fried twinkie and a new item on the menu; it consisted of deep fried cookie dough, ice cream, and topped off with pieces of chocolate and bacon. I love bacon. I thought it would be a weird mix because I don’t usually like to mix sweet and salty foods, but it was actually really tasty. I felt really good eating here.
Anyways, after this, I’ll be on the road to a healthy diet. I’m starting to eat a lot of vegetables, salads, tuna, and other stuff I don’t usually eat. Hopefully I’ll get rid of my gut soon. Good dieting plus exercise should lead to a less pudgy me.
Special thanks to Vanessa for helping me eat healthy. Well, after Holy Chuck at least. ![]()
I do miss my burgers though.
Sunday Bowling – Week 2
So here’s another edition of our Sunday get together. We’re staying pretty consistent. The best part of the night was probably when Neil started doing his “baby dance”. I’m glad to be seeing these people on a weekly basis. You guys keep me laughing.
Till next week
Sunday Bowling
My friends and I have a weekly get together on Sundays which is known as “Sunday Bowling”. It’s fun because it keeps us all in the loop with each other. What’s a better idea than getting together with the people who are like family, having some drinks, and BOWLING? Yes it’s corny but true. Usually I win, but I like to give others a chance to take in the glory. *ahem. I’ve been missing out on the weekly shenanigans for almost a month now, but I am going to make more of an effort to make it out. I almost forgot how funny my friends are. Love you guys.
Vegas: First Stop Would Be Pink’s Hot Dogs.
So after going to LA for Vince’s Wedding, my friends and I headed to Vegas for a couple of days. After landing, we were all starving for food. We unpacked at our hotel Planet Hollywood and somehow came across Pink’s Hot Dogs. I’m grateful we did. They were beyond tasty. Check it out, and also don’t forget to head to Earl’s Sandwiches. You won’t regret it.
Jeff and Anna – Wedding Highlights
It was a great experience to be part of such a monumental day; it was the wedding day of my friends Jeff and Anna. They are a great couple and they made shooting this video very pleasant. They are funny, kind, and most importantly in love. I wish you guys the best as a beautiful newly wed couple.
